6.2. The user journey (5 steps)

  1. Pick a room — choose a room type as the starting point.
  2. Customize — attach/detach modules, set roles/permissions, configure.
  3. Invite people — share a link, control who gets in (open room / waiting room).
  4. Go live — real media, interaction through modules.
  5. Grow it — recordings, summaries, analytics; the Room compounds value over time.

6.3. Experience principles

  • Instantly usable — minimal friction (e.g. "Meet now": one tap to enter; anyone with the link can join).
  • Local language, plain wording — every market gets its own natural language, no mechanical jargon.
  • Mobile as good as desktop — optimized for phones (the live room UI has a dedicated small-screen layout).
  • Honest with users — no fake buttons, no invented numbers; what is still being built is labeled as such.
  • Accessible (a11y) — large touch targets, compliant contrast, large-text support, respects reduced-motion settings.
