Follow the "Honesty boundary" section — separate live today from vision so no claim is ever false. Leadership must approve the pricing model, timelines, and honesty boundary before anything becomes official material.
Executive Summary
9Zoom is a "Room Operating System" — a single platform to build and run every kind of real-time interactive digital space: meetings, classrooms, event stages, live-commerce storefronts, team workspaces, support rooms, and community spaces.
Instead of stitching together disconnected tools (one meeting app, one course platform, one live-selling tool, one community app — each with its own data, its own invoice, its own learning curve), 9Zoom provides one shared component system (people, media, modules, workflows) from which every experience is assembled on the same foundation.
The platform runs on these core principles:
